We are Maeve and Kart, a multicultural long distance couple who lasted the 8,000 miles of distance for two years, now living together in beautiful India.
After going from penpals to best friends and to life partners, all while being from two completely different places and cultures, we have dealt with a fair share of challenges that most couples probably don’t face.
In our small space on the internet we want to encourage all of you who are also in multicultural long distance relationships, that it is totally possible to last the distance and it is totally worth it! As long as you’re with the person you’re meant to be with, being from two completely different parts of the world is what makes the most beautiful relationship.
We know that being in a multicultural long distance relationship is a unique situation, so we’re here to encourage others in similar circumstances and to provide the advice we wish we were able to receive when we needed it most.
